Part of the Giza Necropolis – Egypt's most-visited tourist attraction – are the three large Pyramids of Giza. The largest is the Great Pyramid of Giza – also known as the Pyramid of Khufu or the Pyramid of Cheops.
How to Reach
You can take a bus or taxi from Cairo to reach the Pyramids of Giza.
Bus - Bus Number 355 and 357 are available from Downtown to Giza Pyramids. You can board bus number 355 or 357 from a bus stand behind the Egyptian Museum on the main road.
Taxi - Uber & Careem app based taxis are readily available and it is the most recommended option to go to the pyramids.

Plan on spending a minimum of three hours at the Pyramids of Giza.
Tickets
Entrance ticket for the Giza Pyramid Complex costs 200 EGP ($6.50). If you want to go inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu, you have to pay additional EGP 440($14.00).
Tips
There are two entrances to the Giza Complex - the Great Pyramid (Khufu) entrance, or the Sphinx entrance. When booking the cab, remember to pick the entrance you wish to use.
To beat the crowds reach early at around 07:30 am & enter through the great pyramid entrance, in this way you can have finished exploring the interior tunnels and burial chambers of the Pyramid of Khufu by the time the tour buses start pulling in.
The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, commonly known as the Egyptian Museum, located in Cairo, Egypt, houses the largest collection of Egyptian antiquities in the world featuring the famous Tutankhamun collection with its beautiful gold death mask and sarcophagus and the royal Mummy room, which houses an additional eleven Pharaonic dignitaries.
How to Reach
It is located on the northern side of Tahrir Square, Downtown, Cairo and is easily accessible by most bus routes and taxi service. If you are traveling via taxi then the name of the Egyptian museum in Arabic is “Almathaf Almasri fil Tahrir”

Time to Spend
If you are historically inclined and wish to see everything in detail then even 2 days are not enough to visit the entire museum, else plan on spending a minimum of three to four hours at the museum.

How to Reach
As Khan El Khalili Market is located in the heart of Cairo, it isn't hard to follow one of the public transportation routes to get there. If you want to save yourself the hassle, order an Uber or take a taxi. The metro is one of the easiest means, just reach Ataba Station and you're almost there.

The Khan el Khalili market is closed on Sundays.
Saqqara
Located south of Cairo, Saqqara was the vast necropolis of the Ancient Egyptian capital, Memphis, and is home to the nation's oldest pyramid: the Step Pyramid of Djoser
Tahrir Square
Tahrir Square also known as Martyr Square is a major public town square in downtown Cairo, Egypt.

Karnak Temple

Luxor Temple
The Luxor Temple is a large Ancient Egyptian temple complex located on the east bank of the Nile River in the city today known as Luxor and was constructed approximately 1400 BCE. Entry ticket is for EGP 400 (USD 13)
Temple of Hatshepsut
The mortuary temple of Hatshepsut is a mortuary temple built during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. It is considered to be a masterpiece of ancient architecture. Entry ticket is for EGP 360 (USD 12)
Valley of The Kings
Valley of the Kings is an area in Egypt where, for a period of nearly 500 years from the Eighteenth Dynasty to the Twentieth Dynasty, rock-cut tombs were excavated for pharaohs and powerful nobles under the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt.
How to Reach
Taxi is the most convenient option. Uber and Careem both are available.

Monday to Sunday from 6 am to 4 pm.

Entry ticket is around EGP 600 (USD 20) in which you will get to visit any 3 tombs, but entry to the best tombs is at an additional cost for which you need to purchase tickets at the start of the tour. The best tombs in the valley of the kings are:
